Hi! I just downloaded Greenfish Icon Editor on a WinXP laptop, and the setup program had to install the .NET framework. Now, I want to install the program on a WinXP mini-tower with no internet access. I want to see if it already has the .NET Framework and, if it doesn't, download the framework from freewarefiles.com. How do I do the former?

Check and verify any installed .NET Framework using a tool mentioned in
below blog.

Get .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 offline installer. It includes .NET v2.0 SP2, and
v3.0 SP2.

Use below if the installation fails.
