Hi! I started creating my own AppZip-like program that creates batch files to temporarily decompress for execution then re-compresses them afterwards. Is anybody interested? I have a few batch file templates to do the task on my Win98 computer. Does anybody want them?

Why would you want to do that? Save disk space on batch files? Really?
My biggest .bat files are about 20K, nothing to worry about...

You misunderstand. I am *not* compressing batch files. I'm using batch files to compress other, *large* programs.
