OT: Win16: error loading keyboard.drv

Hi! I have a DOS laptop at my mother's house that also has Windows 3.1. It was working fine until today, when Windows breaks during initialization with an Error Loading keyboard.drv error. I tried to reinstall the driver manually but same error. I also have a Win16 installation under DOSBox on a Win10/64 laptop. I'm going to extract the file later today, but the Win10 laptop's floppy drive is in use. If that doesn't work, what else can I do?
